Shipping within Singapore
Items are delivered via tracked Ninja Van courier at $3 to prevent damage or loss of items.
We provide free courier delivery for purchases above $40.
Orders will usually ship within 2 business days.
Unfortunately, lost or damaged mail happens despite our best efforts. We are not held responsible for items that are already shipped. Please contact us if you encounter damaged or lost items and we will gladly give you discount vouchers for your next purchase.
Please verify the shipping address and information before confirmation. If a package returns to us and needs to be reshipped, please be aware that additional shipping fees may be required.
We take international orders via email as shipping fees differ in each country. If you are interested in making an order, please email us at . We will be glad to assist you.
We provide free international delivery for orders above SGD$150 to Malaysia and SGD$200 to the rest of the world.
Refunds and Exchanges
Orders can be canceled if the item(s) had not been shipped. Please allow 2-3 days for cancellation to be processed.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept refunds or exchanges for items shipped.
While our products contain all natural ingredients, we would advise caution for individuals with skin sensitivities. All our ingredients are listed in the product description. We advise doing a skin patch test before trying out any new products on your baby.
Please store items in a cool, dry place before use. Once open, use within the shelf-life date as stated on the product.
