Created because of our insane obsession for clean conscious makeup that makes us look like ourselves but BETTER.
 
When we set out to create that perfect non-toxic makeup, we wrote down a few to dos: 
It has to be 100% natural.
It must contain plant pigments.
It must NOT contain carmine, dyes or micas.
 
After a year of testing, we finally did it! 
 
Not only is it made of natural plant oils, butters and organic beeswax, we found the perfect blend of pigments. 

Our pigment blends are from natural oxides and red radish.

Mineral pigment comes from a raw ferric rock from Italian quarries. It has not undergone any chemical treatment, but simple grinding.
 
Red Radish is from 100% natural origin, cosmetic quality (compliant with Annex IV of European Regulation CE No. 1223/2009) and food grade (as food coloring according to Regulation CE No. 231/2012)
 
Anthocyanin pigments from red radishes were extracted with a mixture of water and ethanol (vegetable alcohol) and placed on a modified starch carrier with the addition of citric acid.

This allows the plant colour to be utilised in balms and gives that beautiful red.
